General Activities:Governance and Legal Status
ECHF & EMINENT CHARITY are the acronyms for Eminent Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation; it is a registered non-governmental, non- political and non-profit oriented organization, established in the year 12th February 1999, Got Registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission, Nigeria and approval granted on the 20th of July 2005 committed to the holistic development of mankind by means of leadership development, charitable activities and various humanitarian tasks. Its main purpose is to encourage improvement in the quality of life of the people.
ECHF works directly with communities, non-governmental organizations and at times governments to access people’s needs and to develop the most appropriate and effective ways to support them in overcoming their social and health needs. Our work is concentrated on the most vulnerable group of the Nigerian Society, that is; women, children, youth and people with disabilities. We make use of advocacy, sensitization, service delivery and awareness campaign to achieve our objectives.
OUR VISION
our vision is to see all mankind, with special reference to the vulnerable group (Women, Children, Youths, People with disabilities, Patients of infectious diseases, and Victims of natural disasters) have privilege to their rights educationally, socially and developmentally.

MISSION STATEMENT
Promoting the principle of caring for one another’s well-being and fostering the spirit of mutual support within context of sustainable human development.
OBJECTIVE OF THE ORGANIZATION
 To provide a vehicle whereby charitable messages would be communicated to the neediness in one hand and also to eradicate poverty and diseases on the other hand.
 To promote a secure livelihood economically, socially and educationally for the less privilege people.
 To serve as a tangible means to aid women, children, youth and people with disabilities.
 To provide increased access to justice within poor communities in order to make sure the legal system is accountable and accessible to all.
