1- TOMATO BLAST SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
Dried red chili - 3
Onion (thinly sliced) – 1 medium
Tomato (peeled and finely chopped) – 1 cup
Garlic (minced) – ½ tsp.
Paprika powder – ¼ tsp.
Red chili powder – ½ tsp.
Cream – 2 tbsp.
Salt – as needed
DIRECTIONS
1- Fry dried red chili and onion on a pan until translucent.
2- Now, add tomatoes and cook on a medium heat until they’re soft.
3- Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan. Stir and cook for another minute.
4- Grind the mixture once it cools down and serve with your favorite dishes!
2- SPICY GREEN CHUTNEY
INGREDIENTS
Coriander leaves – 1 cup
Mint leaves – ¾ cup
Green chilies – 6 normal
Yogurt – 3 tbsp.
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp.
Coriander powder – 1 tsp.
Cumin (crushed) – 0.5 tsp.
Honey – 1 tsp.
Ginger paste – ¼ tsp.
Salt – as needed
Water – as needed
DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients and serve with dishes of your choice!
