INGREDIENTS
Oil – 4 tbsp.
Onion (sliced into rings) – 1 medium-sized onion
Garlic (minced) – 1 tsp.
Red chili flakes – 1 tsp.
Pepper powder – 1 tsp.
Tomatoes (chopped) – 200g
Baked beans – 200g
Minced salmon – 100g
Eggs (beaten) – 6
Butter – 2 tbsp.
Potatoes (boiled and mashed) – 250g
Salt – as needed
DIRECTIONS
1- Heat oil on medium heat in a nonstick pan.
2- Add onion rings, garlic, red chili flakes, pepper, and salt to the pan. Cook for 2 minutes until the onions become translucent.
3- Now, add chopped tomatoes, minced salmon, and baked beans to the pan and cook for another 7 minutes on medium-high heat.
4- Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and stir until they are well-cooked.
5- Place butter into the pan and let it melt before mixing in mashed potatoes and cooking for another 30 seconds.
6- Remove the pan from the stove and serve!
