(2721) The Spoils(Salab) Are Not Be Subjected To The Khumus
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَوْفِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ الأَشْجَعِيِّ، وَخَالِدِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى بِالسَّلَبِ لِلْقَاتِلِ وَلَمْ يُخَمِّسْ السَّلَبَ.
SAHIH HADITH:
Narrated Awf ibn Malik al-Ashjai ; Khalid ibn al-Walid: The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم gave judgement that the killer should have what was taken from the man he killed, and did not make this subject to division into fifths.
