(2784) Regarding Wages For The One Who Distributes The Spoils
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ شَرِيكٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي نَمِرٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍعَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَهُ، قَالَ الرَّجُلُ: يَكُونُ عَلَى الْفِئَامِ مِنَ النَّاسِ فَيَأْخُذُ مِنْ حَظِّ هَذَا وَحَظِّ هَذَا.
ZAEEF HADITH:
Narrated Ata ibn Yasar: Ata reported a similar tradition (to No 2777) from the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم. This version adds: a man is appointed on groups of people, and takes (wages) from the share of this, and from the share of this.
