(2145) Regarding Hitting Women
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي حُرَّةَ الرَّقَاشِيِّ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ نُشُوزَهُنَّ فَاهْجُرُوهُنَّ فِي الْمَضَاجِعِ ، قَالَ حَمَّادٌ: يَعْنِي النِّكَاحَ.
ZAEEF HADITH:
Abu Harrah Al Ruqashi reported on the authority of his uncle” The Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said “If you fear the recalcitrance abandon them in their beds. ” The narrator Hammad said “By abandonment he meant abandonment of intercourse. ”
