Life of Abu Ayyub al-Ansari (R.A.) and Abu Dharr al-Ghifari (R.A)
Abu Dharr Al-Ghifari (R.A.) was among the first five person who converted to Islam. He belonged to the Banu Ghifar tribe. He died in 652 CE, in Al-Rabadha, 200 KM east of Medinah.
Abu Ayyub Al-Ansari (R.A.) was one among the Ansar and belonged to the tribe of Banu Najjar. When Mohammad (S.A.W.) migrated from Makkah to Madihah, he (S.A.W.) stayed at the house of Abu Ayyub Al-Ansari (R.A.).
