Egypt becomes victim to one of the biggest attacks in the region.

Is it humane to kill people going about their own business? Terrorist attacks have become so common now that one gets to hear about one every other day. It is very sad to hear people being killed no matter what religion or ethnicity they belong to.

Friday, 24th November 2017 proved to be a devastating day for the Egyptians as a mosque in northern Sinai became a massacre ground. The al Rawdah mosque, located in Bir al-Abed was attacked by around 30 armed men during the Friday prayers! More than 300 people have been declared dead in this horrific incident with another 100 suffering from casualties. The Quran says:

But whoever kills a believer intentionally - his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him and has cursed him and has prepared for him a great punishment. (Quran 4:93)

The attack was initiated with explosions followed by firing on the people trying to run away from the mosque after the blast. President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi has employed the help of the brute force and has vowed to avenge the lives of the innocent people who fell prey to this Satanic incident.

This act, said to be linked back to a militant group, is highly condemnable. Islam is a religion of peace and in no way advocates the killing of innocent people! It is disturbing to see these attacks coming in various forms and making people of different countries falling prey to the heinous deeds of the monsters orchestrating these killings.

Please remember your Muslim brothers and sisters all over the world every time you offer your prayers and pray for their well-being and safety because given the situation everywhere nowadays we need all the Duas we can get. May Allah (SWT) save us from the clutches of these tyrants!

So they said, "Upon Allah do we rely. Our Lord, make us not [objects of] trial for the wrongdoing people. And save us by Your mercy from the disbelieving people." (Quran 10:85-86)
