INGREDIENTS

  • 4 large Medjool dates
  • 1 banana
  • 4 tbsp salted almonds
  • Shredded coconut or coconut flakes
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 2 cups yogurt


DIRECTIONS

  1. Take the yogurt and divide the quantity equally into 4 cups.
  2. Thinly slice the banana and add an equal amount of slices to each cup.
  3. Top with chopped almonds and dates in each cup.
  4. Pour honey over these dates and almond toppings.
  5. Sprinkle with the coconut flakes and serve.
