Sam’s Steak & Grill: The only Halal SteakHouse of New York City!

In a city like New York, finding a Halal SteakHouse is quite challenging for Muslims. However, there’s no need to lose hope because there is one, the ‘only’ Halal Steakhouse that exists; Sam’s Steak & Grill. Perfectly prepared beef and chubby quarters with only the finest ingredients by their head chef are offered to ensure standards of excellence. 
Sam’s Steak and Grill was made in 2015. It is the only place for the Halal steakhouse in New York. This place is approximately 100 years old. Earlier, there was a bar and a restaurant here but after this place was bought, it was turned into a Halal bar. The restaurant is run by Muhammad Akmal Qadri since a few years now.


Sam’s Steak & Grill brings you totally Halal Hand-Slaughtered meat. The meat used in this restaurant is brought from Toronto; from one of the largest slaughterhouses, where the animals are Grass-fed animals. Hal&al is its name, run by Adil. They also have a restaurant named as HolyCow in Manhattan. It offers various Burgers such as those with chuck and briskets. They provide all types of meat like Stripline, Tenderline, Rib eye, and T-bone. Anything you require is available. This slaughterhouse is also approved by the Shariah Board. 
Sam’s Steak and Grill also imports from Australia and Newzealand. Pastas, burgers with egg bacon, taco burger; everything is available under one roof! Wagyu and Prime cut, which are the types of Beef meat, are all available here. It’s true that the best fat in the meat is inside the meat not on the sides.

The owner, Akmal Qadri, is also the organizer of Hamza Masjid. This mosque is one of the biggest ones in Long Island. It is so big that they have to offer the Jummah 3 times; 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
There are a lot of activities happening especially during Ramadan and the Eid Festivities. Food is organized for Iftaar and Suhoor. Free breakfasts for Muslims are also given out occasionally. Moreover, there are some weekends classes as well.
