INGREDIENTS

For Smoothie:

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon honey, optional

For bowl topping:

  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries
  • 2 dollops low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons granola
  • 1 tsp chia seeds


DIRECTIONS

For the smoothie: 

  1. Combine the berries, orange juice, yogurt, banana and honey.
  2. Puree until smooth.
  3. For the toppings: 
  4. Pour the smoothie into a bowl. 
  5. Top with the blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, vanilla yogurt and granola. 
  6. Sprinkle with chia seeds and enjoy!
