Oku Surat SadSure okuma
مَا كَانَ لِىَ مِنْ عِلْمٍۭ بِٱلْمَلَإِ ٱلْأَعْلَىٰٓ إِذْ يَخْتَصِمُونَ
Ma kana liya min AAilmin bialmalai alaAAla ith yakhtasimoona
I had no knowledge of the chiefs on high when they disputed;
إِن يُوحَىٰٓ إِلَىَّ إِلَّآ أَنَّمَآ أَنَا۠ نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌ
In yooha ilayya illa annama ana natheerun mubeenun
Naught is revealed Unto me except that I am a warner manifest.
إِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ إِنِّى خَٰلِقٌۢ بَشَرًا مِّن طِينٍ
Ith qala rabbuka lilmalaikati innee khaliqun basharan min teenin
Recall what time thy Lord said Unto the angels: verily I am about to create a human being from clay;
فَإِذَا سَوَّيْتُهُۥ وَنَفَخْتُ فِيهِ مِن رُّوحِى فَقَعُوا۟ لَهُۥ سَٰجِدِينَ
Faitha sawwaytuhu wanafakhtu feehi min roohee faqaAAoo lahu sajideena
Then when I have formed him and breathed into him of My spirit, fall down before him prostrate.
فَسَجَدَ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ كُلُّهُمْ أَجْمَعُونَ
Fasajada almalaikatu kulluhum ajmaAAoona
The angels prostrated themselves, all of them.
إِلَّآ إِبْلِيسَ ٱسْتَكْبَرَ وَكَانَ مِنَ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ
Illa ibleesa istakbara wakana mina alkafireena
Not so lblis. He grew stiffnecked and became of the infidels.
قَالَ يَٰٓإِبْلِيسُ مَا مَنَعَكَ أَن تَسْجُدَ لِمَا خَلَقْتُ بِيَدَىَّ أَسْتَكْبَرْتَ أَمْ كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلْعَالِينَ
Qala ya ibleesu ma manaAAaka an tasjuda lima khalaqtu biyadayya astakbarta am kunta mina alAAaleena
Allah said: O Iblis! what preventeth thee from prostrating thyself before that which have created with both my hands? Becomest thou stiff-necked, or art thou of the exalted ones?
قَالَ أَنَا۠ خَيْرٌ مِّنْهُ خَلَقْتَنِى مِن نَّارٍ وَخَلَقْتَهُۥ مِن طِينٍ
Qala ana khayrun minhu khalaqtanee min narin wakhalaqtahu min teenin
He said: I am better than he: me Thou hast created of fire, and him Thou hast created of clay.
قَالَ فَٱخْرُجْ مِنْهَا فَإِنَّكَ رَجِيمٌ
Qala faokhruj minha fainnaka rajeemun
Allah said: get thee forth therefrom verify thou art driven away.
