It is a cultural association specialized in the field of Arab-Muslim culture. It focuses on training in this area. The aim is to train individual learners or associative cadres who want to have a mastery of Muslim theology Department of Koranic Studies (DEC): for the teaching of the disciplines of reading and memorizing the Koranic text in a personal capacity or with a view to obtaining the teaching of the Koran (HEC, Ijazah) Department of Arabic Language (DLA): teaching of literary Arabic with a spiritual vocation that emphasizes the reading and the explanation of the Koranic texts.

Shurooq is the time of sunrise, the time when the upper limb of the sun just starts to appear above the horizon. This marks the end time for Fajr (morning) prayer.
