Kale, Spinach and Pineapple Smoothie

This tropical smoothie, with the goodness of pineapples and bananas, will leave you feeling fresh and hydrated this Ramadan!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 1 banana, cut in chunks
  • 1 cup almond milk, or as needed


DIRECTIONS

  1. Place pineapple, kale, and banana in a blender.
  2. Add almond milk. 
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Serve chilled.
