INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup chopped Mango
- 2 tsp black tea or 2 tea bags
- 4 Cups water
- 1 tbsp lemon Juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp sugar or to taste
- Ice Cubes
DIRECTIONS
- Peel and chop mango into pieces in a mixer or blender. Pulse for 2 mins to make puree.
- Bring water to boil, add tea, sugar and boil for 30 seconds. Take the tea off the stove and keep aside until it cools down.
- Strain tea in a large bowl or jug, add mango puree, lemon juice mix with ice cubes.
- Pour in serving glasses, add a few more ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves or mango chunks or lemon wedges.
