INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups pomegranate juice, bottled or 1000 g
  • 300 g date paste
  • 1 tin Condensed Milk 
  • 1¾ cups/320 g skimmed yoghurt, frozen
  • 600 g ice, crushed

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a blender except the crushed ice.
  2. Blend for 5 minutes until smooth
  3. Pour the ice and blend again for 2 minutes.
  4. Serve in a large chilled glass
