Surah Al-Baqara is the longest Surah of the Holy Quran and constitutes of some of the most important commandments of the Holy Quran. In terms of its benefits, the Surah has been pronounced by scholars and fuqaha alike to be one that wards off evil and protects Muslims from evil entities. Scholars advise Muslims to read the Surah as much as possible since it is classified as being one of the strongest antidotes to all forms of evil. The Surah is also recommended to be read as a general means of protection for one’s family and property, and is thus highly recommended.
