Are you performing Hajj or Umrah this year? If so, you’re bound to have lots of free time to pray and make duas during your stay in Makkah, Medina, Mina and even on the plains of Arafah.

To use your time wisely, it’s best to be prepared in advance and learn as many duas as you can to make the best of every opportunity.

Keeping that in mind, we’ve composed a list of 4 short Umrah and Hajj duas for you so that you can keep yourself engaged while gathering many blessings from Allah (SWT) during this sacred time.

These include:

DUA 1:

Translation: Ever at Your service, O Allah, every at Your service. Ever at Your Service, You have no partner, ever at Your service. Verily all praise, blessings and dominions are Yours. You have no partner.

[Sahih Muslim: 1218 (a)]

DUA 2:

Translation: Our Lord! Grant us good in this world and good in the hereafter, and save us from the punishment of the Fire

[Abu Dawud: 1892, Surah Al-Baqarah: 2:201]

DUA 3:

Translation: Indeed, as-Safa and al-Marwah are among the symbols of Allah.

[Sahih Muslim: 1218(a), Surah Al-Baqarah: 2:158]

DUA 4:

Translation: None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, alone, without partner. To Him belongs all sovereignty and praise and He is over all things omnipotent. None has the right to be worshipped except Allah alone. He fulfilled His promise, aided His Servant and single-handedly defeated the allies.

[Sahih Muslim: 1218 (a)]

May Allah allow us all the opportunity of visiting His Home at least once in this lifetime. Ameen.
