(7216) Whoever violates a Baia (pledge)
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ، سَمِعْتُ جَابِرًا، قَالَ: "جَاءَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: بَايِعْنِي عَلَى الْإِسْلَامِ، فَبَايَعَهُ عَلَى الْإِسْلَامِ، ثُمَّ جَاءَ الْغَدَ مَحْمُومًا، فَقَالَ: أَقِلْنِي، فَأَبَى، فَلَمَّا وَلَّى، قَالَ: الْمَدِينَةُ كَالْكِيرِ تَنْفِي خَبَثَهَا وَيَنْصَعُ طِيبُهَا".
SAHIH HADITH:
ایک گنوار (نام نامعلوم) یا قیس بن ابی حازم نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آیا، کہنے لگا: یا رسول اللہ! اسلام پر مجھ سے بیعت لیجئے۔ آپ نے اس سے بیعت لے لی، پھر دوسرے دن بخار میں ہلہلاتا آیا کہنے لگا میری بیعت فسخ کر دیجئیے۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انکار کیا (بیعت فسخ نہیں کی) جب وہ پیٹھ موڑ کر چلتا ہوا، تو فرمایا مدینہ کیا ہے (لوہار کی بھٹی ہے) پلید اور ناپاک (میل کچیل) کو چھانٹ ڈالتا ہے اور کھرا ستھرا مال رکھ لیتا ہے۔
