حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ مَوْلَى عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "قَطَعَ فِي مِجَنٍّ ثَمَنُهُ ثَلَاثَةُ دَرَاهِمَ"، تَابَعَهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، وَقَالَ اللَّيْثُ حَدَّثَنِي نَافِعٌ، قِيمَتُهُ.
SAHIH HADITH:
Narrated Ibn `Umar: Allah's Apostle cut off the hand of a thief for stealing a shield that was worth three Dirhams.
