(6274) Whoever sat in a reclining posture in the company of his companions
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرٌ، مِثْلَهُ، وَكَانَ مُتَّكِئًا فَجَلَسَ، فَقَالَ: "أَلَا وَقَوْلُ الزُّورِ"، فَمَا زَالَ يُكَرِّرُهَا حَتَّى قُلْنَا: لَيْتَهُ سَكَتَ.
SAHIH HADITH:
Narrated Bishr: as above (No. 290) adding: The Prophet was reclining (leaning) and then he sat up saying, And I warn you against giving a false statement. And he kept on saying that warning so much so that we said, Would that he had stopped.
